Ricoh 4420NF Fax

Understanding the importance of confidentiality among the business community, Ricoh fax machines has incorporated a PIN code protection feature in the Ricoh 3310Le, the Ricoh 4420L fax machine, and Ricoh 4420NF fax. This security precaution device prevents the exposure of a PIN code or Personal ID by concealing the number in the display panel on the machine and in the communications reports and can only be used when sending a fax directly from the machine itself.

Ricoh 4420NF fax machines also feature a standard 33.6Kbps Super G3 Modem. The Ricoh 4420NF Fax has a 15 ppm print speed, and a high-quality printer option that provides true 600 dots-per-inch (dpi) output available in PCL5e/6. The Rcioh 4420NF Fax machine has a 75 page automatic document feeder, 90 Quick Dials and 200 speed dials, duplex printing in fax reception and semi automatic duplex scan capabilities. The Ricoh 4420NF fax machine has a 350 standard sheet paper supply in the Ricoh 4420NF fax. Additional advanced features available in the Ricoh 4420NF fax include: Voice Over IP capability, LAN Faxing, IP Faxing and remote programming. Also, the Ricoh 4420NF Fax has Scan to E-Mail feature which allows you to send color documents to any e-mail address in either a PDF, JPEG or TIFF format at up to 600 dpi resolution!
